Awful experience

Awful experience
Booked a hot air balloon trip, told that my money would not be taken until the excursion was confirmed
They took my full payment and then cancelled my trip after five days of booking it
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone, absolutely awful company and experience

Still haven’t gotten my refund/customer service is shady

I booked a shark excursion in Hawaii, and it was canceled due to weather. I called Adrenaline regarding my refund - they let me know I should receive it in “fourteen business days”. I have spoken with them five times within the last month, each time a representative has given me a different date as to when I will expect my refund. Just got off the phone with a “friendly” representative because it is now business day sixteen. She informed me they only had one call logged in their system with me which is not true. She also informed me that she doesn’t know why I was told June 3 because “they don’t process refunds on Thursday’s” yet she proceeded to tell me that my refund was “finalized June 10”, on a Thursday. Still don’t have my money, customer service has lied to me multiple times, tried to guilt me about how they’re a “small business” when they’re nation wide. I told her I contacted my bank, and they recommended filing a claim, she got VERY defensive and said she didn’t want to deal with a legal matter, but my bank does not see any refunds processing from Adrenaline and I still don’t have my money. She told me that it is now in my banks hands to process and she justified their error by saying “it was ONLY a day late” on Adrenaline’s part. My bank does not see any incoming refunds from them still. I would say this company is a scam and I would not recommend anyone dealing with them.

I feel generous giving a one star…

I feel generous giving a one star review but I don't have the option for a negative 10.
They let me down 100% by accepting my reservation and giving me the confidence I had a confirmed booking then - NOTHING.
When I complained, after the event that they did confirmed by booking but did not send the tickets, they said word to the effect of "We had a lot of booking and could not meet demand" and then had the cheek to say "well, we didn't charge you"
SO WHY TELL ME A HAD A BOOKING!!!
It was extremely embarrassing for me to tell my party I had let them down and we had to cancel the event.
These people are SCAMMERS

There is not a low enough rating for…

There is not a low enough rating for this company. They kept changing our reservation and finally changed it to something unrealistic. I ended up calling the helicopter company direct and had a great experience. Do NOT deal with these people. It's bait and switch and all bad information.

Misleading information on gift vouchers

I have purchased an experience gift voucher for my husband's birthday with an expiry of 3 years. When I called to book, they told me I need to add $150 as the prices have changed. The told me that in the terms & conditions it says that you have only 12 months to use it with that amount.
I didn't read the fine letters and nobody told me that when I purchased.
I am very disappointed.
Be careful when you purchase anything from them, the expiry date doesn't mean anything

been chasing a refund since march and…

been chasing a refund since march and keep getting told there is a merchant PayPal issue. Load of BS absolutely disgusting company who are quick enough to take my hard earned cash but will not return it. Absolutely appalled in the service and will be telling everyone I know never to book a thing with this company. Absolutely VILE keeping peoples money in the middle of a pandemic.

Disappointed. Deceptive and bad service.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company which has kind of hampered my view of the site. I live in chronic pain due to multiple spinal surgeries and I am able to sit ok for a period of time, but standing not as much. My friend had a voucher to use for the V8 hot laps and I enjoy driving and I myself won't be able to afford a nice, fast car so I said to my friend I will do it with him also for my birthday if possible. I was handling the booking, and in an email adrenaline offered me 10% off the total price as I was awaiting to book it, as a way to entice me to book it. I thought great, and this would save me some money. I then booked it, and Adrenaline not only didn't take the 10% off, but also after multiple conversations, refused to apply it, even though it was offered, in writing in an email sent to me, as a way to further entice the booking. So they got 2 full amount paid bookings when they had actually offered 10% off. I was extremely disappointed in the handling of the situation and thought it was pretty sneaky and deceptive of them to do that.
